Billing Cycle: Charges accrued in any given month will be billed on the last day of that month. ● Payment Due Date: Payments are due 15 days after the close of the billing cycle (by the 15th of the following month). ● Balance Cap: If the account balance reaches $5000 before the billing cycle ends, payment is due immediately. ● Access Restrictions: No dumping will be permitted if the balance exceeds $5000 until the outstanding amount is paid down.

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms stated above and authorize Byrd’s Inert Landfill, Inc. to bill my account for services provided. I understand that failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in suspension or termination of charge account privileges.

All payments must be made via check, bank transfer, or an approved electronic payment method. ● If there are any changes to account details, please notify us in writing immediately. ● I hereby agree to pay all invoices in full within 30 calendar days. I hereby authorize Byrds Inert Landfill to charge my credit card or bank account should my account become 30 days overdue. Accounts 30 days past due will incur a late fee of ten percent unless otherwise stated by management.
